This limited edition windproof lighter signifies the end of an
era, marking the final production run at the Zippo Canada
factory in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Only 25,000 of this
lighter have been produced for worldwide distribution.
Opened August 19, 1949, Zippo Canada was the only place other
than Bradford, PA where Zippo lighters were ever produced.
Operations included the fit-up of the lighter case and insert,
surface customization, and cleaning and packaging.
This silver plated lighter is individually numbered, and is
the last lighter to carry the Zippo Canada bottom stamp.
